This warranty belongs only to the first registered owner of the products and is non-transferable.
It is difficult to determine the history of the products once they are second-hand or third-hand, and they may have been damaged and repaired at some point, weakening them.
ULTRA Products reserves the right to deny warranty claims where proof of original purchase cannot be provided
ANCHORS LIFETIME MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
ULTRA Products warrants the ULTRA Anchors for life against bending and breaking, provided that an anchor is used in accordance with the current ULTRA Anchors Anchor Selection Tables and User Manuals.
ULTRA Products warrants ULTRA Anchors against corrosion for 5 years from the date of purchase.
SWIVELS 5 YEARS MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
ULTRA Products warrants the ULTRA Swivels for 5 years against bending, breaking, and corrosion from the date of purchase, provided that they are used in accordance with the current ULTRA Swivels Manuals.
BOW ROLLERS 5 YEARS MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
ULTRA Products warrants the ULTRA Bow Roller for 5 years against bending, breaking, and corrosion from the date of purchase.
ULTRALINE 5 YEARS MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
ULTRA Products warrants the ULTRALINE housing and stainless-steel accessories for 5 years against bending, breaking, and corrosion from the date of purchase, provided that they are used in accordance with the current ULTRALINE User Manual.
ULTRA Products doesn’t warrant the Dyneema line within the ULTRALINE for 2 years from the date of purchase because it is exposed to general wear and tear.
ACCESSORIES 5 YEARS MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
ULTRA Products warrants the ULTRA Accessories for 5 years against bending, breaking, and corrosion from the date of purchase.
CROMOX CHAINS’ WARRANTY
Cromox chains are third-party products not manufactured by ULTRA Products and are therefore excluded from our warranty.

EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY
- Anchors used without complying with the current Anchor Selection Table are excluded from warranty.
- Swivels selected incorrectly for the anchor and chain.
- Damage that may occur if the product is used outside the intended purposes and procedures described in the Product’s User Manual is excluded from warranty.
- This warranty covers only issues inherent to the product itself. Any other issues or losses related to the use of the product are not covered under any circumstances.
- Any shipping costs arising from the replacement or return of the product belong to the customer and are not covered by the warranty.
HOW TO START A WARRANTY CLAIM
- To start a warranty claim, please contact the seller you purchased the product from with your proof of original purchase and send an email to the manufacturer at info@ultraproducts.tr.
- If possible, please include the following information in your message.
- The serial number of the anchor
- Its weight
- A copy of the invoice
- At least one or more photos of the problematic part
- Details on how the issue occurred and what action you took in response
- The type, length, and weight of your boat
- The area and seabed where you anchored
- The weather conditions
- The date when it happened
